The Bubble - 2025
In this series, I explore the fragile worlds we build to protect ourselves from reality. Each painting reflects an inner sanctuary — a private universe where imagination and memory blur the boundaries of truth. The figures and spaces within the works reveal both shelter and isolation, echoing the tension between the comfort of withdrawal and the weight of the outside world. “The Bubble” is both refuge and mirror — a glimpse into the inner landscapes we carry within us.

soft pastels on board 70x50 cm 2024 Sometimes it looks like I’m thinking… but the truth? I’m just stuck in a loop of nothing. From the outside, it might seem like there’s depth or contemplation — but inside, it’s only a moment of emptiness. The gestures, the expressions, everything that seems meaningful — it’s just an attempt to give shape to the void, so I won’t just sit here, mouth open, drooling.

30x40 cm Soft pastels 2024 A portrait of identity folding in on itself — words, thoughts, and selves consumed before they ever meet the world.

watercolors 30x40 cm 2024 We spend our lives surrounded by others — yet the loudest presence is often the one within. Here, self meets self in a quiet, uneasy conversation, a dialogue of mirrors and distortions. It’s a reminder that we are never truly alone — for better or for worse.
